I’m excited to be able to share with my students the musical knowledge I have gained over the years. A student can expect to learn not only the technical aspects of playing the guitar, but also, the skills needed to move forward with music in general. My goal is to prepare students to be able to participate in the best musical opportunities available whether that be developing the skills needed to excel in school or outside music programs, or just learning to play great songs on the guitar and maybe playing in a band in the future. Older or more advanced students can expect to learn skills that will help them move forward as musicians and performers.

Students interested in almost any style of guitar lessons are welcome. My goal is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment and my guitar lessons are tailored to the desires of each student.

People who have never played an instrument before quickly realize that the basics of guitar playing are quite accessible. Progress accelerates after good practice habits are established. I encourage those with prior musical experience to draw upon that knowledge as a foundation.
